We strive to vigorously protect member and web visitor privacy. Our members and web visitors expect, deserve and receive nothing less than our fullest commitment to the protection of their privacy. We also have an obligation to assist law enforcement and other government agencies responsible for protecting the public welfare, whether it be an individual or the security interests of the entire nation. If and when we are asked to help, we do so strictly within the law and under the most stringent conditions.
College Bound Recruiting Service collects personal information when you visit our site, register to use the site, pass something on from our site, or join our email list.
When you register to use the site, we ask for information such as your name, email address, city, state, and country. Once you register and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
Our server logs automatically receive and record information from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information,and the pages on the site that you have visited.
College Bound Recruiting Service uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for our services, improve our services, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
Sharing and Disclosure
College Bound Recruiting Service does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: By responding to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against claims.
College Bound Recruiting Service may set and access cookies on your computer. A cookie is a unique string of letters and numbers that the web server stores in a file on your hard drive. Cookies are not executable programs and cannot do anything to your hard drive. They are used to track visitors to a website so the visitors do not have to enter the same information every time they go to a new page or revisit the site. COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF PII AND NON-PII ON COLLEGE BOUND RECRUITING SERVICE
When College Bound Recruiting Service collects PII from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting Registration PII to us in order to register as a Member of College Bound Recruiting Service. College Bound Recruiting Service may also collect PII from you if you choose to participate in College Bound Recruiting Service activities like surveys, because you want us to furnish you with products, services, newsletters, or information, or in connection with content or suggestions you submit to collegeboundrecruitingservice.com for review.
In addition, College Bound Recruiting Service collects other non-PII including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type. This data is used to manage and improve the College Bound Recruiting Service Services, track usage, and for security purposes.
College Bound Recruiting Service Members may also choose to provide or store non-PII information in their profiles, including but not limited to date of birth, interests, hobbies, lifestyle choices, groups with whom they are affiliated (schools, companies), pictures, private messages, or personal statements (collectively "Profile Information"). The Profile Information in a Member's profile is provided at his or her sole discretion.
College Bound Recruiting Service Members can change their Registration PII and Profile Information at any time and can control how Visitors, other Members and College Bound Recruiting Service communicate with them by controlling their account settings, available within the "Edit Profile"portion of their College Bound Recruiting Service profile settings.
COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNICAL INFORMATION
COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS
"Cookies"are files that can identify you as a unique customer and store your personal preferences as well as technical information (including click through and click stream data). Cookies manage and measure the performance of advertisements displayed on or delivered by or through us and/or other networks or sites. When corresponding with you via HTML capable email, Web beacons let us know whether you received and opened our email.
On their own, cookies or Web beacons do not contain or reveal any personal identifiable information. However, if you choose to furnish personally identifiable information,this information can be linked to the data stored in the cookies/Web beacons.

MANAGING COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

UNISTALLING A MOBILE APPLICATION
